It would be super useful to have a time and date stamp showing when each conversation log is generated

Currently, the only available option is to see how many Job Flows are connected to a Persona, but not which specific ones. To check that, you would need to open each Job Flow individually. This is not useful enough when trying to trace things or trouble shoot. Solution: Allow us to click into the number of Job Flows a Persona says it is connected to and see which actual Job Flows are connected - make it clickable to dig deeper.

There doesnt seem to be a way to rename Knowledge Library documents once uploaded. Also when I attempt rename text file items (created within the platform and not uploaded), the file name doesnt seem to update after saving.

In the deletion confirmation modal, it would be very helpful if the file name of the item to be deleted was added... Just in the off chance someone clicked the wrong item's selection dots and thought they were deleting a file different from the one they selected.

Ability to see how much of each charge to the wallet is for user seats, response usage, knowledge base itemized.

Ability to send images, like a menu or promotion.

The Webhook integration has been delayed, but is in work. This would allow CloseBot to be connected to non-native integration sources.

Currently the bot cannot understand voice msg and cannot reply. Big issue. At least let the bot detect its a voice msg and reply "sorry i cannto really listen to your voice, having issues, can you type it?"

Would like the ability to webhook specific actions into CloseBot with v2, similar to how it worked in v1. Unlocking this would allow CloseBot to initiate actions in external CRMs like HighLevel, HubSpot, and others, making cross-platform workflows more seamless. For example, in v1 we were able to webhook a custom message from a CRM into CloseBot, which prompted CloseBot to reply and initiate the conversation, rather than waiting for the lead to respond first.
