Is there a reason why 5 custom scenarios is the max? I need different tags added for different scenarios than just 5. If I had to suggest a number I would say 20 if possible.

AI will get lost with so many CS. You can have multiple entry points into a single CS, and after that have a switch to the specific path you want.

Alex Bogdan I'm not sure if my use case would work that way. How do I structure it so one CS fits many different potential contact responses? I would say that if the AI truly gets lost with so many CSs, then that should be up to the user to use less, not limit it to 5 for all users.

The only thing stopping us from this is doing reliability testing to see at what point there's a dropoff in reliability. Every added scenario decreases reliability of scenarios, but we haven't done deep research into how much. However, we can likely add 1 for now for people. Probably this week or next
