It would be extremely helpful to have a built-in “pause” or “unpublish” option for job flows. Currently, the only way to stop the AI from responding is by using the “AI OFF” tag, which creates two major issues:
1- Manual/automation tagging isn’t scalable
Applying the “AI OFF” tag to every contact in the CRM just to stop a single job flow is impractical. As a workaround, we have to disconnect the source from the job flow—but this introduces another problem:
If you disconnect a source and later want to reconnect it, it often doesn’t appear again in the dropdown. This seems to be a UI issue.
2- No control over individual job flows when multiple are connected to the same source
If I have two job flows using the same source, and I want to pause just one of them, it’s currently not possible. The “AI OFF” tag affects all job flows tied to that source, not just the one I want to stop. There’s no way to pause a single job flow without affecting others.
Example scenario:
Let’s say I have a job flow running for a week and then decide to stop it. Right now, I’d either need to:
  • Add a new tag filter to the flow, then go into the CRM and tag every single contact accordingly, or
  • Disconnect the source (which, again, can’t always be reconnected due to the dropdown bug).
A simple “pause” or “unpublish” toggle would solve all of this cleanly and intuitively.
