Whitelabel
Shiela LazyMagnet Team
Can we customize the login URL per client user? We want to utilize whitelabelling of CloseBot v2. We also want to utilize iFrame and embed the login page as a custom menu link in GHL. We want to use our assets in labeling the login page, email invite, and the dashboard/profile.

Hide 'Closebot' from email invite to Clients [WHITELABEL]
Fur Marton
When I add a new 'Client' to my WHITELABELLED Closebot (to set up rebilling) the email invite that is sent containst "Closebot" multiple times (subject line, email address, etc. SEE SCREENSHOT)
This defeats the whole purpose of Whitelabeling.

Branding Consistency Across Platform and Emails
Ben Baker
Current Status:
The Branding Logo and Custom Domain settings are working correctly. However, the Favicon and Brand Color are not being applied across the platform.
Additionally, there is no option to customize the email invitation sent to clients. The current invitation still displays:
- The CloseBot sender domain
- The CloseBot brand logo
- The default “Accept Invitation” redirecting to CloseBot
- The “Click here” troubleshooting link redirecting to CloseBot
Why This Matters:
Branding inconsistencies cause confusion for clients. We’ve already had an incident where a client panicked, thinking they were being charged by an unfamiliar company. Ensuring that all visual and email elements reflect our brand prevents confusion, strengthens trust, and maintains a professional client experience.
