The Webhook integration has been delayed, but is in work. This would allow CloseBot to be connected to non-native integration sources.

Currently the bot cannot understand voice msg and cannot reply. Big issue. At least let the bot detect its a voice msg and reply "sorry i cannto really listen to your voice, having issues, can you type it?"

It would be awesome if we could use a page on Notion to feed the bot with information. For reference, I have included a screenshot of chatbase. This would help us with updating the bot in real-time and also have our clients updating KB information on the fly as well.

Enable reference to a live database, eg - a website that is live. This will be very useful; for example for estate agents who can use their listing website to feed the bot with live listings and match them to a lead's needs. Or a Google Sheet/Air Table or similar database which is updated with data from other systems.

I feel a cool feature would be sticky notes on the job flow interface. It would allow any ideas/edits/to do lists to be on the screen whilst editing the job flow - similar to in GHL workflows

If we could get a highly accurate way of determining whether the AI has trouble answering a message and then logging that so we can monitor and add to the knowledge base that would be helpful

Make the bot HIPPA compliant. A LOT of users serving any health care providers, including med spas, are under major risk of violation with big fines because CloseBot is not compliant.

HubSpot integration was delayed. This is a priority since CloseBot is now in HubSpot ourselves.
