Hi recently we've had people come on and try take the piss (sorry for the language) out of the AI. Asking it stupid things such as 'are you a clanger', 'write me 100 word letter for blah blah'. It's apparent it must be competitors or people just trying to break it. Is there a way for it to stop taking things like porn sites in their email address etc.. CB's fairly good with the majority of it but things do slip through the net. Could there be some settings for this please so we can customise it a bit more.

Word Clouds, Sentiment Analysis, Lead Scoring, General conversation reports as well as reports around AI success rate

I know we can refresh using the browser, but a refresh button in the Conversations pane would be great.

Make the bot HIPPA compliant. A LOT of users serving any health care providers, including med spas, are under major risk of violation with big fines because CloseBot is not compliant.

Enable reference to a live database, eg - a website that is live. This will be very useful; for example for estate agents who can use their listing website to feed the bot with live listings and match them to a lead's needs. Or a Google Sheet/Air Table or similar database which is updated with data from other systems.

For the european market closebot needs to be gdpr compliant, otherwise it is not useable
