Feature Requests

I've begun testing the use of CB for email correspondence, but I noticed after the initial email is received that CB adds a re: to the subject line for the response (as expected) However when I reply to that response email, CB appears to be adding a secondary Re: to the subject line... As a result the subject line reads as... Re: Re: Test Email It only happens the one time tho, and no additional Re:'s are added past the two in future correspondence. Perhaps CB can check if there is already a Re: in the subject line, and then avoid adding an additional one if so

right now the smart follow up only triggers if the contact explicitly mentions they want to get followed up. it would be amazing if we could have it trigger for instance like the screenshot below. Whenever someone mentions now is not a good time, i have a custom scenario that listens for this and that asks them when would be a better time to do the service. it would be cool if we can trigger the smart follow up when they for instance mention "i want to hold off until spring" and then have it follow up with them sometime in spring. Also when a smart follow up or any follow up is scheduled, it would be amazing to add a tag to that contact so that i can put them into the appropriate pipeline stage in ghl. hope this makes sense

Notificaiton settings give the ability to put a webhook in for where a notificaiton should be sent externally. Ability to select all or select only the types of errors we care about receiving

Functionality clarification

Hi Support, I hope you’re doing well. I’d like to suggest a small improvement: when viewing a job flow, please show the attached persona at the top so we can easily see which persona is linked without manually searching through the list. Add a popup to the job flow list on hover to show source and tag filters. Eliminate the need to go into each job to find/check what filters it is working with.

With the Switch Node, if cases are added to the AI powered version... and then the box is unchecked and it goes back to "regular mode" with additional cases added... The cases from both versions will be added to the node (as seen in the picture) which I imagine could cause confusion with the bot flow with both AI and Non-AI cases being on the node (or at least the appearance of them)

Would be nice if the time delay gave minutes, hours and days as options (not just by seconds).

Move the transcript saving and summary to the tools area to be executed every time instead of as an action that saves just at a certain point in the conversation
