Create csv Agent Capability with Document Upload

Currently, the functionality of the Knowledge Storage for Closebot doesn't give you any sort of vlookup capabilities, it only creates embeddings.
For example, if you had a csv of menu item names, prices, and website links you can't currently ask the AI via Closebot:
> Give me the website links for all of the menu items that are less than $10.
This sort of functionality has already been built on many fronts (including at OpenAI inside of playground.openai) and would be a valuable addition to the CloseBot feature set.

Now that V2 is about to deploy we will eventually look into this although not top of priority currently since it's not as common for lead qualification. We don't use OpenAI assistant (good thing because they are deprecating it) so this is something we have to develop ourselves.
