Please allow me to add email footers from within closebot now that you're removing the send message routine

Please allow proper email formatting so it looks professional when responding to emails from leads.
With customized signature and greeting, etc.

General email formatting with line breaks is done. Will add a source-level setting for sources to input their desired email footer at a later date.

Bryce DeCora Thank you for responding. Is there a documentation we can refer to, so we can make this work? We tried prompting the bot to do it, but the email still appears without a line break.

Ability to change or follow email headers (From Name and Email Address)

Enable Closebot to follow platform (GHL, Hubspot, etc.) settings or totally change the email from name and email address when sending an email.
Currently in GoHighLevel, when you're doing email as your reply channel. Closebot will choose to use the Business Profile Settings rather than following the domain settings or workflow settings for email headers.
This is particularly helpful when you're doing lead reactivation or cold emails. You don't want to have the AI responding using your generic company name (from name: Company email address: no-replies@company.com) for a personal touch.
Current workaround in GHL is to change the Business Profile settings to your personal email headers. Update the Friendly Business Name and Business Email.
