To be able to easily organize knowledge library files into folders

Closebot should have a disclaimer in the "Why this convo is happening" and "Important Biz Info" sections to prevent booking issues. It's very natural that someone would tell the AI that you are assisting the the contact to "book a call". So if doing this causes the AI to mess up the booking objective, the end user should be warned about this very clearly. A client lost a sale due to this issue and I nearly lost the client as well.

I know we can refresh using the browser, but a refresh button in the Conversations pane would be great.

In the modify tags node, you have a Add Tag button and a Remove Tag button but once you click on either one, they are not visually distinguishable about which one is to be added or removed. Should be an easy UI upgrade.

Hi Support, I hope you’re doing well. I’d like to suggest a small improvement: when viewing a job flow, please show the attached persona at the top so we can easily see which persona is linked without manually searching through the list. With the Switch Node, if cases are added to the AI powered version... and then the box is unchecked and it goes back to "regular mode" with additional cases added... The cases from both versions will be added to the node (as seen in the picture) which I imagine could cause confusion with the bot flow with both AI and Non-AI cases being on the node (or at least the appearance of them)

When creating or editing a job flow and selecting tags (e.g., required tags or excluded tags), the current tag selector is cumbersome to use. The dropdown only supports scrolling, and typing a letter jumps to the first matching initial instead of filtering results. Problem: It becomes very time-consuming to locate specific tags when there are dozens or hundreds in the workspace. The lack of a true search bar or typeahead filter leads to frustration and slows down setup work significantly. Proposed solution: Enable a proper search or typeahead filter in the “Filter by tags” field so users can quickly find and select the desired tags by name.

When adding a new source to a job flow, you currently have to manually reselect which channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.) and tags apply. Problem: This manual step is repetitive and error-prone, especially when similar configurations are reused across multiple job flows. e. Proposed solution: Add an option (e.g., a checkbox or default behavior) that allows the job flow to automatically inherit tags and channels from the original source (“source of truth”). This would save setup time and ensure consistency across flows.

For those of us who are pretty familiar with the platform (or did a deep dive in studying the amazing help documentation), and don't require an onboarding call... Could we have the ability to acknowledge / remove the big green onboarding call CTA in the upper navigation?
