To be able to easily organize knowledge library files into folders

Currently in V2 Job Flow builder, There is no way to disconnect or duplicate actions This is quite inconvient because if we want to add an action between 2 actions we have to delete one of them, connect the new action and then re create the action that we deleted And a duplicate action button would also be really helpful

Maybe a way to check in which conversation specific bots are being used. We have many bots for one source and there seems to be no way to track the usage of a specific bot. Maybe filter by agent?

i think it would be a great idea to add a little 5 step demo or something whenever someone lands in the v2 builder for the first time. i'm talking about simple things like how to delete an action, how to select multiple actions etc. Mb it's just me but it was very confusing to me when i first started and wasn't able to do simple actions like delete an action. this might save support questions in the future

If you made the mistake of not connecting the correct source from the beginning (your snapshot subaccount) then it would be nice to be able to change the source of truth.

I feel a cool feature would be sticky notes on the job flow interface. It would allow any ideas/edits/to do lists to be on the screen whilst editing the job flow - similar to in GHL workflows

Allow us to disconnect and duplicate actions.

Give us the availability to fully whitelable CloseBot to our own branding by allowing us to apply custom CSS and JavaScript. In this way we can fully change the UI. Unless there is an easier way (in the future) to adjust this inside the CloseBot agency settings?
