Feature Requests

As shown in the attached in image. It would greatly speed up our workflow if we could have the cursor auto focus into the search field after clicking the '+' icon in a node. Currently we have to click the + icon and then click again into the search field to begin typing.

It would be great if a "does not contain" option was added to the Switch etc nodes for us to choose from.

Make every list across all pages be sorted by default. Event though you may be able to search, lists should be sorted. New Conversation filter - Message Channel, Job Flow, Persona, Source Edit Job Flow - Select Source Selected sources (from above) should also be sorted - think of 20-30 sources connected to one bot. Maybe Source of Truth is sticky at the to, or just "highlighted".

In V1 this was not possible, and still in V2 this persist. Give us a damn refresh button. �

Instead of only adding the contact id, also make the message id copy-able.

I feel a cool feature would be sticky notes on the job flow interface. It would allow any ideas/edits/to do lists to be on the screen whilst editing the job flow - similar to in GHL workflows

With the Switch Node, if cases are added to the AI powered version... and then the box is unchecked and it goes back to "regular mode" with additional cases added... The cases from both versions will be added to the node (as seen in the picture) which I imagine could cause confusion with the bot flow with both AI and Non-AI cases being on the node (or at least the appearance of them)

It would be great to see which avatar is connected to which flow :)

I know we can refresh using the browser, but a refresh button in the Conversations pane would be great.

For those of us who are pretty familiar with the platform (or did a deep dive in studying the amazing help documentation), and don't require an onboarding call... Could we have the ability to acknowledge / remove the big green onboarding call CTA in the upper navigation?
