It would be great to see which avatar is connected to which flow :)

Currently when you switch re-billing on for a customer a new customer will be created within your Stripe account. However, all of our clients are already in Stripe so it would be easier and better for us to be able to select them - this reduces friction of having to request them to add their card again.

I know we can refresh using the browser, but a refresh button in the Conversations pane would be great.

It would be amazing to have a feature that allows us to clean up jobflows visually, especially for users who like things organized and symmetrical. A “snap to grid” or “auto-align” button (horizontal/vertical centering, evenly spaced paths, etc.) would save time and reduce visual clutter, especially in larger flows with multiple branches. This wouldn’t affect functionality, just make the layout easier to read, manage, and present, particularly for OCD or team-oriented users.

I feel a cool feature would be sticky notes on the job flow interface. It would allow any ideas/edits/to do lists to be on the screen whilst editing the job flow - similar to in GHL workflows

Currently I can only see 10 out of 60 files in the knowledge base, I would prefer to see all of my files, or at least more than 10 at a time.

Maybe a way to check in which conversation specific bots are being used. We have many bots for one source and there seems to be no way to track the usage of a specific bot. Maybe filter by agent?
