Ability to group/categorize knowledgebase into folders and allow folders to link to Sources in a whole (as opposed to individual files/scrapes/uploads).

This would be amazing for working with accounts in bulk who should all have the same knowledge without leaving something out on accident.

Currently there is no proper system in the Knowledge Library to upload or organize scraped data by source. Data from any source gets uploaded on any page, and later reconnecting it to the correct source or changing the GHL source takes a lot of time.

It would be much better if:

Knowledge from one source shows on a single page, or

Data is automatically saved into separate folders by source.

This will save time and make management easier.

Set up a central knowledge library with a clear folder structure, so that all data, conversations, and notes are organized per customer. This makes it easy to quickly identify which information belongs to which client.
