This is probably just an OCD thing, but I noticed that in the Chat Transcript the AI properly refers to "Contact" and "Us" to identify who is saying what...
But with the Chat Summary, "us" doesn't make sense grammatically to make it read properly (especially when sharing the summary with our clients).
This doesn't happen with every summary, but perhaps something could be added to the prompt to prevent it from saying "Us" and to use "We" instead to prevent the odd times it does happen?
Below is a copy of a summary I received:
Here's a summary of the conversation:
  • Contact initially asked about services, questioned why a video was being brought up.
  • Us apologized for the confusion, clarified the video explains potential job losses.
  • Us aimed to show areas where the contact might be losing jobs.
  • Us asked if the contact was open to viewing the video.
  • The conversation focused on clarifying the purpose of the video.
  • The contact's primary interest was understanding services offered.
Versus my suggestion for dealing with the use of "Us":
Here's a summary of the conversation:
  • Contact initially asked about services, questioned why a video was being brought up.
  • We apologized for the confusion, clarified the video explains potential job losses.
  • We aimed to show areas where the contact might be losing jobs.
  • We asked if the contact was open to viewing the video.
  • The conversation focused on clarifying the purpose of the video.
  • The contact's primary interest was understanding services offered.
As you can see, the second example is written more like how a real human would summarize a conversation the staff of the company had with a contact if they were providing it to someone else.
