Sometimes, you want an SMS message to be quick due to it's short nature, and there does not need to be a long wait to receive it, while other cases, there is a large message block coming out, and a human would take a while to type all that content out, so to feel natural, a longer timer should be implemented on long form responses that feel like a person took the proper time to type it out and send it, instead of typing a short response and then 3 seconds later sharing a large paragraph of text that would not be immediately delivered that quickly. So the timer looks at the text about to drop and decides since it's longer form, to wait, 15-30 seconds before sending, based on the amount of words used. Just having a wait time that is the same for all messages does not feel natural.
