Make the bot HIPPA compliant. A LOT of users serving any health care providers, including med spas, are under major risk of violation with big fines because CloseBot is not compliant.

Moving this back a stage to Planned to allow us to focus on stability. Definitely top of mind once we finish the GDPR compliance which overlaps some of these efforts. Once GDPR is finished (next few weeks), we will start work on this

In the security section we will add the ability to:
- Boot impersonated users (support booting)
- Modify what areas of your account support is able to view
Also:
- Bring in third party HIPAA study
- Hold BAAs with AI Providers for you
This will be an add-on that you can purchase both on the business and agency plans to unlock the ability to select CloseBot OpenAI, Anthropic, etc. as your AI Provider and be HIPAA compliant. HIPAA compliant Personas will be stamped with a HIPAA secured badge.

Bryce DeCora We should have the ability to handle the BAAs ourselves and self certify as some of us (we for example) have BAAs with major providers (OpenAI & Anthropic). Our concern with HIPAA isn't the providers so much as it's Closebot. Not sure how you want to handle the "addon" but, we're already paying $297/month for the GHL BAA addon and that's required no matter what so depending on pricing and how it's handled it may not be worth it to move our HIPAA clients over (food for thought).

Post-v2 release and after June stabilization and feature push we will start this work

Bryce DeCora this is a huge legal issue and deal breaker for us opening healthcare focused agencies and users open to literally millions of dollars of fines.
