The ability for agency clients to test agents that you set up for them and provide feedback within the app, like/dislike responses, etc.

If we can give a target number of messages to send in the conversation node would be nice. So the bot doesn't beat around the bush too much �

Functionality clarification

Enable reference to a live database, eg - a website that is live. This will be very useful; for example for estate agents who can use their listing website to feed the bot with live listings and match them to a lead's needs. Or a Google Sheet/Air Table or similar database which is updated with data from other systems.
