Currently the bot cannot understand voice msg and cannot reply. Big issue. At least let the bot detect its a voice msg and reply "sorry i cannto really listen to your voice, having issues, can you type it?"

I am using a Whatsapp integration that transcribes audios and send as a message, however, the content of the message never makes it to CloseBot
This might not be a big deal for North America, but for South and Central America, this would be absolutely huge. Please add this to the roadmap!

It would be great if Closebot could transcribe audios. For example, if a message from WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, or SMS is an audio, Closebot could use Whisper to transcribe it.
