The Problem: Currently, CloseBot is excellent at updating contact fields when the AI is specifically on an Objective Node. However, if the bot is in a Conversation Node and a lead volunteers a key detail (e.g., "I'm driving a 2022 Ford F-150"), that data isn't always captured or mapped to the contact field because the bot wasn't explicitly "looking" for it at that stage.
The Solution: Implement a tool that would allow the AI to cross-reference the entire conversation against designated Contact Custom Fields. If a lead mentions a Make, Model, or Year at any point in the chat—even if the bot is just chatting generally—the AI should recognize that data and automatically update the corresponding field.
