Currently, conversations that occur within the Closebot testing/demo portal are not saved in a way that allows agencies to review them later. This makes it difficult to analyze how potential clients interact with the bot during demos or trials.
It would be extremely valuable if chat histories from the testing portal were automatically stored in a separate, dedicated section. This would allow agencies to:
• Review conversations that prospects had during demos
• Identify common objections or questions
• Evaluate bot performance before deployment
• Improve prompts and workflows based on real interactions
Since the testing portal is often used as a key sales and onboarding tool, having access to these conversation logs would significantly improve product optimization, client understanding, and overall demo effectiveness.
This feature would make the testing experience much more actionable and valuable for agencies.
