One other thing I just noticed in closebot. when you connect highlevel to a new bot, after connecting to hl it redirects you back to the default bot, and the default account (instead of your client's account if using whitelabel like I am)

also when you updated your custom fields in highlevel, you want to refresh closebotso you can connect objectives to the new custom field and then it refreshes to the default bot which is problemetic.
