Currently: You see errors in logs when an Open AI or Anthropic Key fails due to insufficient credits.

Proposal: Allow us to set an email address to send a notification that a Key has failed so we can escalate and notify our end users or it could notify end users directly with a white labelled email notification.

Use Case: Although the system can fall back onto credits, we don't want that to happen unchecked for the medium long term at our cost as we don't use CloseBot credits for clients, sometimes we miss this and only catch it in logs. This would greatly help keep things running efficiently with client's managing their costs and another failsafe for bots not running.
