I’d like to request a feature that allows us to control or delay the response time of follow-up messages sent by the chatbot — specifically to prevent it from sending messages in the middle of the night.
Currently, follow-ups on fixed time delays, regardless of the time of day. This can result in messages being sent at unrealistic hours (e.g., 2 or 3 a.m.), which can feel unnatural and even intrusive for the recipient.
To improve user experience and increase engagement, I’d like to simulate more human-like behavior by limiting follow-ups to reasonable daytime hours (e.g., between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.). This would make the interaction feel more natural and trustworthy.
Would it be possible to implement a time window or scheduling logic for follow-ups?
Thanks in advance for considering this request!
