Individual Node Analytics and Job Flow Heatmaps
Dexx Williams
I really like to deep dive into the analytics of funnels and strategies. One thing that I really enjoy about the ManyChat platform is how granular they are at providing data / analytics for each step in a flow.
It would be great if each objective node in a job flow could reflect how many contacts have landed on the node, and how the % of objective completion for each.
The same goes for branch nodes. Basically allowing us to see at a global level what % of people are proceeding from a node, and the path they chose.
Perhaps this could have a canvas level layer which could be turned on to quickly reveal the data without having to click into each node individually.
To take this even further (and really put CloseBot on another level) would be to have a heat map type of layer, which could quickly show at a glance the node which receive the bulk of traffic and the contrast with the nodes / paths that do not.
Showing this in a heatmap style appearance just adds to the quick visualization of whats working well in a flow etc.

Step Analytics: Visualize Lead Drop-Off Points in Chatbot Flows
Philipp Leirich
Hi team,
It would be extremely valuable to have a feature that shows exactly where leads drop off within the chatbot conversation flow. Being able to see at which specific step users stop interacting would allow for much more precise analysis and optimization of the flow.
This kind of step-by-step tracking would help identify friction points and improve conversion rates by enabling targeted adjustments where most drop-offs occur.
Thanks for considering this!

We really need this. Right now I have tons of integrations to create the line graph externally but would be amazing to have it here

This is coming in Q1 😎 we actually have it working right now, but have to think about the UI / UX around it more and get our versioning live first. So we will crank out work for the rest of this year and then roll out reporting in Q1!

This is something we are excited about implementing eventually and will truly reveal the power of flow-guided agents
