right now the smart follow up only triggers if the contact explicitly mentions they want to get followed up. it would be amazing if we could have it trigger for instance like the screenshot below.
Whenever someone mentions now is not a good time, i have a custom scenario that listens for this and that asks them when would be a better time to do the service. it would be cool if we can trigger the smart follow up when they for instance mention "i want to hold off until spring" and then have it follow up with them sometime in spring.
Also when a smart follow up or any follow up is scheduled, it would be amazing to add a tag to that contact so that i can put them into the appropriate pipeline stage in ghl. hope this makes sense
