I know there is an update coming to where we can control the bot response time. Would be great if we can adjust it on multiple responses based of goals. currently we control our response times through workflows. We look to actually slow the bot down to give it more human like time responses.

You can change bot response time dynamically by including a webhook parameter for requested delay. this overwrites your delay settings

Bryce DeCora thank you, is there a waywe do if we can rotate the response times. such as sometimes responding within 1 min, 2 min 3 min 5 min, kind of in a rotation?
