Handle Objectives and Bookings more "naturally", giving the customer space after answering questions and responding later

Allows for a more "human" conversation. Right now it hammers the same question at the contact after responding to their off topic query. Its more natural in a convo to give the contact some space an answer their questions and then re-ask your objective other or every two questions you answer.

We will do more work into doing this in a more natural way when working on objectives and booking. It's truly an art that's a mixture of giving space while coming back to ask again later consistently.
Ideally we would answer their question and if we've already asked the question once or twice, remove the objective/ booking from the prompt on the next output. Then if they still don't answer after some time (maybe 15-30 seconds), send another message that asks for that information. This is more how a human would operate. Maybe this could even be user-modified... would need to make sure the timespan is less than the minimum time for follow-ups or automatically handle potential conflicts with follow-ups.
