I think it would be incredible if user seats could test their agents.
They could navigate to a testing section, pick a bot we're building for them and test.
Instead of seeing the logs, there could be a section to write notes, then we can see the sessions they've had and update the bot according to the notes they made.

Bryce DeCora I did a presentation with sales ape and they had this feature where instead of just a comment the user could train the ai response themselves by typing in what it should have said in the situation

Michael Riordan: it's false advertising to claim one can "train" AI this way.
The portal we implement will allow clients to give feedback, then allow you to make adjustments as necessary. We will also be able to auto-suggest improvements for you to make based on feedback.

Agreed, this is the direction we would be headed. Leaving this open for now as we work through other areas that need fleshed out before we plan this
