Bringing this into the in-work section because I am working on Smart Follow ups. Ability for the bot to detect follow up invitations from the contact and follow up on that schedule. Once implemented, it will be easier to implement a custom follow up cadence that you can have the AI follow in addition to the smart follow up detection.

We do database reactivations and have some message that convert good for certain offers. It would be awesome to have the ability to give it certain messages and have it follow up based on these messages but with some freedom to keep the conversation flowing naturally

Yes, we need more control over how often the bot follows up, level of aggressiveness, etc. Ideally there is a prompt for the follow up itself, then a few buttons we can click to adjust aggressiveness.
