It would be extremely helpful if Closebot supported basic formatting options such as:
Proper line break recognition (e.g., \n support)
Bullet points and numbered lists
Paragraph spacing
Basic markdown-style formatting (bold, headings, separators)
For businesses using Closebot in sales, customer support, and pricing explanations, clean formatting is critical. Structured responses significantly improve readability, clarity, and perceived professionalism—especially on platforms like WhatsApp where message presentation directly impacts conversions.
Adding native formatting support would greatly enhance user experience and allow agencies and businesses to deliver more polished, conversion-optimized conversations.
