Lead cost is around half the price for PPC ads on landing pages such as https://eco4.ecowarmgrants.com/eco4-scheme-uk-4516-2326654603 with a embded version for us.

Chat Widget by Closebot
Ben Baker
A chat widget by Closebot that can be embedded directly into the hero section of a website, not just as a small chat bubble. This placement ensures the chat feature is the very first thing visitors see when the site loads, driving immediate engagement.
Why It Matters:
If visitors can start a conversation right away without the need to hunt for a chat bubble, they are far more likely to engage, ask questions, and convert. Making chat the hero element creates a powerful first impression, signaling that support and connection are top priorities. This isn’t just a “nice-to-have”. We think it’s a must-have for businesses that want to capture attention instantly, reduce bounce rates, and deliver better customer experiences.

I’m hoping this one is still
In the works for Q3. It would be a game changer that opens the door to selling DFY chatbots that don’t rely on High Level.
Key elements needed are:
- Embeddable with GTM
- Ability to send transcript to particular email address post conversation
- Calendar booking would be great with Google Calendar/Calendly/Outlook/iCal
- Bonus if there is a simple way for the biz owner to ‘stop bot’ somehow

Built-in Buttons / Pre-made Options in Chat
Eric Richner
Sometimes, we want to show buttons inside the chat to steer it in the direction we want it to go. Giving users the freedom to type whatever isn't always conducive to getting them to your end goal.

Allow us to add buttons on the chat start screen that allows users to quickly get the conversation started. This is very common on competitor chatbots.

Embeddable Chatbot that can be used without the user having to click it to open

Feature Request: Auto-Open Embeddable Chatbot
As a former ZappyChat user, I'd like to request a feature that was particularly valuable on that platform: an embeddable chatbot that displays automatically without requiring user interaction.
How it worked on ZappyChat:
Provided embed code for a chatbot that was always visible/open
Could be placed directly on any page or alongside webinars
No click or trigger required - the chat interface was immediately accessible
Why this is different from GHL's current live chat:
GHL's live chat requires users to click a button to open the chat window
The ZappyChat version displayed the full chat interface by default
Use cases:
Dedicated chatbot pages
Automated webinar support
Any scenario where immediate chat visibility improves user engagement
Would you consider adding this auto-open embeddable chatbot feature to your platform? It would be a significant improvement for those of us who relied on this functionality.

Moving this to under review since it goes along with the standalone capabilities.

This is a great feature since not all clients use GHL
