It would be extremely valuable to integrate ElevenLabs’ API so AI agent responses can be sent as voice notes on WhatsApp instead of only text.
The goal is to allow AI-generated messages to be converted into natural-sounding audio and delivered as WhatsApp voice messages. Ideally, contacts should also be able to choose their preferred format (voice or text) and switch between them during the conversation.
Voice communication creates a stronger sense of trust, closeness, and personalization compared to plain text. Many users feel more engaged when they hear a human-like voice, which can positively impact response rates and conversions.
