Different/Dynamic Personas per Source (Client) in a Single Job Flow

I’d love the ability to assign different personas for each source (client) while using the same job flow. This would allow us to personalize not only the AI Agent’s name but also its tone and responses based on the client, without having to duplicate job flows. This was previously possible using GHL custom values in V1 and would be a huge help for agencies managing multiple brands under a single flow.

Will allow the source to change the persona's name. The tone and extra info will be controlled by the agency since the agency will be monitoring A/B testing metrics per persona and source-level changes to the persona would throw off those metrics.

Bryce DeCora This is not in the Persona section, but on OH with Michael we were able to do this in jobinfo and it works.

Custom Value for Persona's Name

Can we set the Persona Name as a Custom Value? Our job flow connects to multiple subaccounts, each with a unique name. Creating separate Personas for each is tedious, and we can't manually set the name in the Job Flow.

Yes! This was such a great option as it allowed for personalized duplication. Possibly change the persona name from workflow variables?
