Bryce DeCora the save conversation can only be triggered from a certain step in the workflow. We want to be able to trigger no mather where the contact is in the workflow.

Bryce DeCora thank you so much. I have an open message with support. I have incorporated that field but it doesn't seem to be sending the summary into GHL so your support rep Sohail said she's escalating to a team lead :) Excited to get this rocking!
