Bot handoff to real human

I would like a feature where the bot will email/text a human who can provide support for more complex tasks outside of the bot's abilities. For example, an auto body client of mine received a GMB message from a past customer referencing an estimate and they asked to have it emailed to them. This is a use case where it would be helpful for the bot to pass the request and contact info over to a human from the shop who can take action.

This has been accomplished with the new "ai human handoff detected" tag that gets added when a contact requests a human. Any other custom scenario can be handled with the custom detect setting.

Hi Bryce DeCora , wanted to know your thoughts about this one?
In some cases we can't use objective to set a trigger for workflows. We need to find a way to do it like Word Filters or similar process i.e set of intents or triggers we can define.
