I love the AI support tool but it's frustrating when I'm troubleshooting with it and suddenly the conversation is closed within 5 minutes. Then you have to start the whole conversation over again. Can we push it to close the convo after at least 1 hour instead of 5 mins? Sometimes when multitasking, you need more than 5 minutes to troubleshoot. Thanks in advance!
