GHL v2 Service Calendars has been out of beta for a coupe months, a much better way for service business to let people book online (no need for a bunch of separate calendars, much better interface, shopping cart style checkout for multiple services, add-ons etc).

It does not use the standard calendars anymore so there's no way to directly book using v2 Service Calendars.
