New In-Flow Testing Portal
The previous testing portal was never meant to be the permanent solution. This update to our testing area brings testing within the job flow area, highlighting nodes on-screen as you test your job flow. Enjoy the added simplicity to building and testing your job flows 👏
Note that this testing portal now accesses your knowledge base and allows you to choose the source you want to test the job flow with! You'll also notice that opening up a new test flow will even create a fake contact within your CRM (source) so you can test EXACTLY how the contact would be updated and even test conversational booking and rescheduling/ cancelling directly from the testing portal.
What's Next?
Next up the team will have another week of cleaning up the job flow builder along with part of the team working on implementing the updates to the Job Flow templates. Approximately 60 new templates will be dropping next week, with more being added consistently. Some of the team will also be preparing the back end for a couple of updates to the AI Agent itself (tools and smart FAQ) that will be released the week after next.
