Skip Delays in Testing
You know when you're using a delay action, but you want to skip this during testing? Now you can with this update! Simply click
Skip
within the testing portal to skip to the next action. The testing portal ease of use is part of what makes CloseBot so powerful.
Manual Reply AI OFF Listener Channels Only
Now if you have an AI Agent in CloseBot responding only to SMS and WhatsApp (for example), the tag AI OFF will only be added to a contact if you have this setting enabled and if the message was sent via one of these channels. If you instead sent an email, for example, manually this would not add the tag AI OFF since that's not one of the channels the AI is listening and responding on.
Uninstall Purely from CloseBot (GHL)
Now when you uninstall a source, you are not re-directed to HighLevel for the uninstall. You are able to uninstall the CloseBot app without leaving the CloseBot platform. This also means you can safely uninstall CloseBot from sub-accounts you may not have access to anymore.
Like and Dislike AI Responses with Feedback
You're now able to Like and Dislike AI responses within the conversations page. This does not actively train your AI (AI training this way does not work well). However, our team is then able to monitor common areas of dislike and continue to refine our back end prompts and logic accordingly. You will later be able to see the like/dislike metrics when we release our reporting module as well. The foundation has been laid... time to really lift off!

Reply times that have more variance, able to use the testing portal to test live changes instead of testing published changes (able to test before pushing changes live), sources able to override the set persona name, dark mode, Calendly and HubSpot work, transcript/summary new tool all coming next.
