Global Speed
The focus for this week was on site speed. After a big visual sprint, it was time to do a similar cleanup sprint for the back end. We combed through the site and found multiple areas where we were able to make improvements that had a positive impact on site performance. You'll find the app is much snappier now!

Light and dark mode each have 3 color schemes you can choose from to customize your time within the app further. OG Blue, Purple and Fuchsia... My favorite is Dark Mode Fuchsia. What's yours?

Header Shows Upcoming Events and Impromptu Live Sessions
In an effort to better communicate our events, we have made 2 notable changes to our banners:
  1. Upcoming events shown if an event is starting within the next 1 hour with a countdown
  2. Live non-scheduled events for announcements and chats will be announced with a prominent LIVE button to join the live session

Easier In-Conversation Settings Editing
Now you are able to click the Source pill or Persona pill within a conversation pane to edit the source or persona settings for that chat without changing pages
Job Flow List within Persona Modal
The list of job flows attached to a persona has been moved to the updated persona edit modal for better readability. Easily see all job flows a persona is attached to from this new tab.

Bugs
There were more bugs than usual smashed this week that resulted from...
  1. the big sweeping front end updates
  2. backend optimizations for speed
  3. downtime from other providers
None of these issues on our end affected production bots. There were notes made of production issues that stemmed from HighLevel. Those issues appear to have affected a small number of users and we continue to monitor and communicate with the HighLevel team.
What's Next?
We have a massive
new node
in work that will change how many of our users use CloseBot. This will make it easy for you to deploy highly customizable autonomous agents for businesses. That's all the detail I can give you for now, but a handfull of you will gain early access to alpha test things for us next week. In addition, we will work on custom SMS provider
compatability for HubSpot
users and focus harder on our
Reporting
module (ability to customize dashboards with the data you and your business(es) care about).
