Read more HERE. You can now add notes to contacts. You can @-mention team members within notes and the messages they are @-mentioned in will show up in a new @-mention inbox! You can also choose whether or not to allow your AI to see the notes. Helpful for scenarios where...
- You notice a chat happening and want to drop some helpful info to assist your AI in replying better... guide it.
- You are running a database reactivation or other specialty offer and want to preface an outbound message with a note like "anything before this note should be ignored unless it's information about the contact that may be helpful to keep in mind... we are running a new offer with our next message"
You'll soon find a new Workflow action within GHL to add these notes to contacts via your workflows as well.
Affiliate Section Sidebar & $15 Credit Gift
You now have quick access to your affiliate link from your sidebar. Additionally, anyone who creates a new CloseBot account using your Affiliate Link will get $15 in credits automatically added to their CloseBot wallet π°
