Agents Page UI Updates
Updated to allow for more screen space and simplicity. You'll find smaller persona cards, less vertical space within the job flow table rows, and other cleaner UI elements for both light and dark mode.
Knowledge Base UI Updates
The knowledge base area now includes better navigation to the Smart FAQ, also including helpful charts to act as your pulse-check on how your Knowledge base is performing. Also notice the bulk actions available from multi-selecting knowledge base items.

Proactive Outreach Channel Auto-Switching
CloseBot follow-ups automatically send on the channel with the highest liklihood of reply. For example, live chat visitors scheduled for a 1 day follow-up are never going to reply... so instead CloseBot is smart enough to send the follow-up via SMS if that agent is allowed to message on that channel. This behavior now works for proactive outreach Smart FAQ as well. Make sure you add Smart FAQ to your job flow tools to take advantage of this! See how HERE.

What's Next?
Next week we will have some updates begin to roll out for the large Conversations UI update, including beginnings of live updating of that page. We are also expecting to be finished with GDPR work next week and will be working more on our Google Drive Knowlege base integration and another CRM source integration. You'll notice the UI of the platform continues to get updates over the next two weeks before slowing again as we turn focus to the massive update that is the custom dashboard reporting module.
