Proactive Outreach Smart FAQ
If your human sales rep was working on closing a lead and that lead asked a question the rep didn't know, that rep would go ask a manager and reach out again with the answer later. This is what proactive outreach smart FAQ does. Now when you fill in a smart FAQ item, you can choose whether or not you want the AI to attempt to reach back out to contacts who asked that question with the answer. This could re-ignite a conversation that leads to a won opportunity that would have otherwise been lost.
Client Demo Portal
Agency accounts need a way to share what they are building with current or potential clients. Currently, agencies are connecting CloseBot to test sub-accounts and having businesses interact with a live chat or via sms. This is cumbersome to set up and becomes difficult to handle resetting a conversation. CloseBot now allows agency account holders to share a demo page experience of the AI Agent built within CloseBot. You have the option to connect the demo to a source or leave it blank. Demo page visitors can fill in their website, which gets scraped and pulled into the bot knowledge dynamically, and fill in fields that are used within the flow you built. Now it's easier than ever to demo and close more deals!
Double Messages at Times from HighLevel
There were times recently where HighLevel would send us duplicate messages. We've accounted for the possibility of this error on their end with deduplication checks so we only reply once.
HubSpot Manual Message Logging
Now manually sent messages from HubSpot display within CloseBot alongside AI sent messages and received messages. This gives you greater transparency into the full conversation thread.

Save Conversation and Validate Address Actions Removed
If you are currently using these two actions within your flows, they will continue to operate. However, Everything the Validate address action was used for is now covered with the Get Property Details action... similarly, the Save Conversation action has been changed over to the Transcript and Summary tools.
What's Next?
Next the front end team will turn sights towards updating the Agents and Knowledge Base pages of the site to our refreshed UI designs. After that work, they will start the big work of updating the conversations page UI both to the newer design, but also improved capabilities (including live updating of the page). The rest of the team will be starting to look at optimization opportunities for our knowledge base retrieval before starting to implement our integration of our knowledge base with Google Drive. Once all of this is done, the whole team will shift primary focus to our custom reporting module.
