Able to Revert to GPT-4.1
OpenAI recently released GPT-5.2. After a lot of testing, we released it to you all as well. However, some of you have found that you prefer the 4.1 responses. We have now given you the ability to go back to 4.1 by adding it as a new AI Provider you can select for your personas. Keep some of the below improvements in mind before you roll back.
Asterisk and Em Dash Fixes
GPT-5.2 REALLY likes to use ** and —... We noticed that and rolled out a fix to strip these undesirables from the final replies that get sent to your customers.
Move Flows to Groups
You now have the ability again to move job flows to different job flow groups. Do this either from the table view by clicking the dots (⠇) or even from within the flow builder itself.
API Doc Descriptions Fixed
