Knowledge Base Graphs
You'll see three standard charts in your knowledge base area. These give you a quick look at the status of your knowledge base overall, and also adjusts as you change your filters.
  1. Smart FAQ (pending vs. solved)
  2. Storage usage over the past 7 days
  3. Reference count over the past 7 days

New Columns Knowledge Base Table
You'll notice the new columns within the knowledge base that show the data for when each upload was last referenced and the total number of times it was used in a reply.
Knowledge Base Filters
The knowledge base has had an update to its filters, allowing you to better filter what you're looking for. Filter on source, upload type, status, and last modified date.

Next week our focus is officially on the conversations page. We have already begun work on this page, but the updates are not yet ready to be released. By the end of next week you'll see a massive overhaul on the conversations page, making it much easier for you to manage your lead conversations.
