Live Updating Conversation Page
The conversations page is where we spend a lot of time... and we used to spend a lot of time there hitting
refresh
to see if new messages came in. Now we show live updating on your current contact, and a button you can click to refresh the lead list if we see new messages have been received that need to be loaded to your screen.

Reply Availability Window
You can now limit when your bot is allowed to reply at all (and choose which channels should / should not be limited). For example, maybe you
do not
want your bot to be able to reply until the next day if a lead messages you in the middle of the night. That's now possible with CloseBot.

Manually Reply from CloseBot
You can now manually reply to a lead from within CloseBot. It takes time to navigate to HighLevel, HubSpot, or your other source types to send messages manually. That can now be done from the comfort of your CloseBot account.

New Dashboard
This new dashboard allows us to show you much more helpful data while we work on the fully customizable dashboard update. We didn't want you to have to wait any longer for higher quality data.

Leaderboard Display and Load Times
Improved the leaderboard area to match our design refresh, and also made improvements that will improve load times of this data. Found within the HUB.

General Updates
Many general updates (most on dark mode) for improving visual comfort. There was also a lot of effort put into relocating buttons, dropdowns, etc. to optimize space and usability. Enjoy the updates!

What's Next?
Next we will turn full focus to the reporting module. This addition will allow you to build custom dashboards for your main page to report on what you and your clients care about. Agency dashboards will display source-comparative data while client dashboards will show data for sources that client has access to. We will also be able to gain more ground on HIPAA and SOC2. You may start seeing security-related features being released (like audit log history, impersonation granular controls) although HIPAA and SOC2 official compliance will probably come toward the end of Q1 or beginning of Q2. Another thing you'll see over the next several weeks is custom tooling. You'll be able to create custom external tools for your bots to use at an point in a flow.
