Conversations page refresh + unread + priority + views
The conversations page now allows you to create saved
views
. Think of views as a pre-saved list of filters. This allows you to easily navigate between conversations you care most about. In addition to views we now track read and unread messages as well as the ability to mark certain chats as priority, making them easy to locat later.
Improved testing portal UI
The testing portal now has a more modern look and feel to it and the ability to drag to change the height. Test your way whether you want the testing portal to be small and out of the way or large for those with wider displays.
Global search
Now easily search across the entire application quickly with the global search bar in the header. Search users, job flows, uploads, sources, contacts and personas.
Flow Mini Map with Highlights
Enjoy a flow minimap to help you keep track of your position along with highlighting of nodes as you proceed through your testing via the testing portal.
What's Next?
I know I was excited about live updating of the conversations page, but that is instead getting pushed to the update next Tuesday to ensure we don't have slow load time issues over the weekend. Along with that rollout we will release an update that allows you to send manual messages from the CloseBot platform instead of needing to jump back and forth to and from your source (CRM). We will also be bringing updates to the contact side panel at the same time. Our work on the reporting module begins next week, and we will begin backend rollouts for something we've been working on in secret that will make your conversation AI easier to use and more powerful than ever (it will still remain a secret... for now).
