Community Update
The Facebook community will slowly transition into a general
AI for Sales
group. The official user community is now within the CloseBot application. You can find this community within your CloseBot account sidebar under hub -> community

Groundwork
There are several big items being worked simultaneously that has slowed the smaller updates for the week.
- Conversations Page-> this large update brings a full interface update that involves live updating, ability to send messages from CloseBot, saved views, improved filtering, and much more
- Secret Project-> I cannot publicly say what else has been in the works, but it has taken a large portion of our dev team to work towards this
- Reporting-> Our custom dashboards launching the end of this quarter requires a lot of backend work. You won't see the immediate effects of this now, but you will all at once upon release.
What's Next?
You'll likely start to experience some of the benefits of our secret project next week, although the grander vision of this will remain secret until the end of March. Next week you'll also see big changes start to hit the conversations page as we finish testing in our developer environment. That's all for now... now go join the community!
