Transcript and Summary Tools
The Save Conversation action was
highly
requested, but it came with the downside that the summary or transcript would only be saved at that snapshot in time to a field of your choosing. Now with the change-over to having these as two tools, we ALWAYS keep the transcript and/or summary updated and saved to your selected contact field. You can reference it within your CRM at any time, knowing it's always updated. We've deprecated the "Save Conversation" action. It will still funciton as previously designed if you have used it within an existing Job Flow, but you will no longer be able to add it to new job flows.
Webhook Notifications
Wouldn't it be nice if you could set it up so you got notified via email or text message when you receive a notification within CloseBot? Now you can! Simply point the webhook endpoint at something like Zapier where you can trigger the event to be delivered to you however you want or automate external actions when you get a notification from CloseBot.
Edit Web Scrape Site List
Sometimes you scrape a website, but realize it pulled in information that you don't want your bot to know about (ex. privacy policy, terms of service...). Now you can go into the settings of a scraped site resource and edit the links that your bot will be
trained
on.
Non-CloseBot Sent Messages Displayed in Conversations Page
CloseBot sees all messages when it's replying, even messages sent and received before CloseBot was installed. However, messages sent from someone manually or via workflow in your CRM haven't displayed in CloseBot. This can cause confusion. Now we show all in and outbound messages within the Conversations page, with different UI for non-AI sent messages.
