Sticky Notes for Job Flows
Want to highlight or make note of something for your job flow? These sticky notes allow you to do just that. Change colors, write text within the sticky note, have fun! These have no effect on your AI performance, just for you internally.

Import and Export Flows
You can now export and import flows. If you were ever nervous about flows getting deleted, or ways to share or modify flows offline (without the standard share link), this allows you to do that! We've even been playing with exporting a job flow and using ChatGPT to edit it for us, then re-importing 🤯

Users Can Now be Invited Via API + Searchable via UI
Beforehand you could pre invite users using our api to give them access to a source but it wouldn't actually send the invite. Now you can use our api or our frontend to fully invite new users. Our API for user invites can be found HERE. We've also made it easier to find users by adding a search bar to the
users table
.
Redo and Undo Dropdown
It's helpful to know what you're undoing, or be able to scroll to a far back action and undo all the way back to a certain point. You can now do that with the dropdown that displays when you hover over the
undo
button within a job flow.
Rollback Published Versions and Naming Versions
Redo and Undo only work if you haven't left the page (current session). If you want to rollback to a previous version, you can do that at any time by using the dropdown next to the
publish
button. You can even rename your latest version to something you'll remember!
What's Next?
Next week is the last full week before the dev team takes a holiday break, but we still have quite a bit left that we want to release for you! Our priority is entering the holiday time with our continued reputation of unbeatable uptime. We've had to push some items to January that we have hoped to finish before the end of 2025, but you still have the following items to look forward to.
- showing manual and workflow-sent messages within the CloseBot conversations page
- fixing the filters on the conversations page
- editing the referenced pages (deselecting those you don't want referenced) after scraping a website
- AI reaches out to past inquiries after you fill out a Smart FAQ item
- Conversation Transcription as a tool instead of action
- Conversation Summary as a tool instead of action
- Follow-ups smart enough to change to follow-up on other channels
