Generic Follow-Ups
complete

I'd love the ability to make my follow ups more generic.
For example, let's say I need someone's address and they don't respond for an hour or so. It would be an odd response to keep following up like this:
-"what's your address?"
-"can you send your address?"
-"please send your address when you get a minute"
What would be better is to be more generic:
-"hey you still looking for help selling your house?"
-"have you given up on this project?"
-"you still with me?"

Work has been done to follow-ups and we find it much better as requested here.

Follow Up Feature: Unique follow up rules for each objective
Logan Rogers
Follow up frequencies are not all equal.
Currently the follow ups feature (which is awesome) applies to all objectives equally. It would be better to have specific follow-up rules tailored to each objective.
For Example:
Following up to get a phone number versus following up on a list of vacations to look at are very different.
If I want to get the phone number of a client, I might want that follow up cadence to be two minutes, 10 minutes and two hours.
But if I want to follow up on them booking a time with me, it might be 30 minutes, then one day and then five days.
Currently the follow ups feature (which is awesome) applies to all objectives equally. Having unique follow up rules for each objective would be superior.
